Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
"Front Line Services," "we," "us" and "our" mean Front Line Services, a veteran-owned and operated lawn care, pressure washing and handyman business based in Ocala, Florida, serving Marion County. This policy covers this website and the information you give us when you request an estimate, call, text or email us, or hire us for work.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out our free estimate form, we ask for:
- Contact details: your name, phone number and, if you choose, your email address.
- Property details: your town or community, and anything you add in "Project details," such as your address.
- Service details: the services you select (lawn care, pressure washing, handyman) and options like lawn size or surfaces to wash.
When you become a customer, we may also keep your service address, job notes, scheduling information, estimates, invoices and payment records. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, and we never ask for card or bank details through this website.
Information collected automatically
If you choose "Accept" in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visits come from (city level), the type of device and browser, and whether someone taps to call, text or send an estimate request. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4, and we don't use advertising features or sell this information. If you choose "Reject," Google Analytics never loads. We do not use advertising pixels. Like every website, our web host's servers automatically receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which they use to deliver the site and keep it secure.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your estimate request and answer your questions.
- To schedule, perform and follow up on the work you hire us for.
- To send estimates, invoices, appointment reminders and receipts.
- To keep business, tax and insurance records required by law.
- To protect our customers, our crew and our business, including preventing spam and fraud.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
6. Phone calls, texts and email
When you send an estimate request or contact us, you're asking us to get back to you, so we'll reach out by your preferred method (call, text or email) about your request and any work we do for you.
- We send texts only about your estimate, appointments and service. We will not send you marketing texts unless you separately agree to receive them.
- You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or simply tell us. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- If we ever send promotional emails, each one will include a way to unsubscribe.
- We do not sell or rent phone numbers or email addresses.
7. How long we keep it
If you request an estimate but don't hire us, we delete your request within 2 years. For customers, we keep job and billing records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax, insurance and legal record-keeping requirements, generally up to 5 years after our last service for you. After that, we delete or securely destroy them.
8. How we protect it
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including serving this website over a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection, protecting our email and business accounts with strong passwords and two-step verification, and limiting access to the people who need it to do the job. No system is perfectly secure, but we take your trust seriously.
If a security breach ever exposes your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law (Section 501.171, Florida Statutes), and in any case no later than 30 days after we determine a breach has occurred.
9. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you, and give you a copy.
- Correct information that's wrong.
- Delete your information, except what we must keep for legal, tax or warranty records.
- Stop contacting you by phone, text or email.
To make a request, call 352-816-8452 or email flservices29@gmail.com. We'll confirm it's really you before releasing or changing any records, and we'll respond within 30 days. We will never treat you differently for asking.
10. Children
Our website and services are meant for adults arranging work on their property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on our website before it takes effect.

Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement
These terms apply to all lawn care, pressure washing and handyman services provided by Front Line Services in Marion County, Florida. By requesting an estimate, approving a quote, scheduling a visit or letting us start work, you agree to these terms. If a written estimate or invoice we give you says something different, that document controls for that job.
2. Quotes, estimates and pricing
Starting quotes can change
Every price we give before seeing the full job, including "starting at" prices, phone or text quotes and free estimates, is a starting quote. It's based on the information you give us and what we can see at the time. The final price may change if the job turns out to be different from what was described, or if extra labor, time, equipment or materials are needed to do the work properly.
Common reasons a price may change:
- Lawn care: grass that is overgrown or much taller than normal, heavy weeds, leaves or debris, a larger area than described, steep slopes, tight access, obstacles, or extra trimming, edging or haul-away.
- Pressure washing: heavier mildew, algae, rust, oil, paint or other staining than expected, more square footage or stories than described, delicate surfaces that need a slower soft-wash method, extra prep, or no usable water source on site.
- Handyman: hidden damage found once work begins (rot, water damage, broken or outdated parts), extra or different materials, added tasks, or repairs that turn out to need more time than the visit allowed.
Our promise: if we find something that will raise the price, we'll stop and explain it to you first. We won't charge for extra work you haven't approved. If you don't want the extra work, we'll finish only what was originally agreed, if that can be done safely, or end the visit and charge only for work already completed.
Written estimates are good for 30 days unless they say otherwise. Material prices can change, so material costs on handyman jobs are confirmed before purchase.
3. Scheduling and weather
- Florida weather is part of the job. We may reschedule for rain, lightning, high winds, tropical storms or hurricanes, or when the ground is too wet to work without damaging your lawn. We'll let you know as soon as we can and get you back on the schedule promptly.
- Arrival times are estimates. Earlier jobs can run long, and we'll keep you posted if we're running behind.
- You can cancel or reschedule a one-time visit at no charge. We just ask for as much notice as you can give so we can offer the time to another customer.
- If our crew arrives and can't do the work because of no access, locked gates, loose pets or vehicles in the way, we'll reschedule with you.
4. Your part
To keep the job safe and on time, we ask that you:
- Give us clear access to the work area: unlock gates and keep pets inside or secured.
- Point out or mark sprinkler heads, low-voltage or landscape lighting, invisible pet fences, cables, septic covers and anything fragile in the work area.
- For pressure washing, provide an outdoor water spigot (and power if we've told you we'll need it), close windows and doors, and move vehicles, furniture and decor away from the areas being cleaned.
- Tell us about any HOA rules, permits or restrictions that apply to your property.
- Make sure you own the property or have the owner's permission for the work.
5. Lawn care
- Regular service includes the tasks listed in your quote, such as mowing, edging, trimming and blowing hard surfaces clear. Anything else, like hedge reshaping, bed cleanup or debris removal, is quoted separately.
- The health of your lawn also depends on things outside our service, such as watering, soil, pests, disease, drought and freezes. We don't guarantee turf growth or color unless we've agreed in writing to a treatment plan.
- We're careful around property, but we can't be responsible for damage to items hidden in the grass or not pointed out to us, such as unmarked sprinkler heads, cables or invisible fences.
6. Pressure washing and soft washing
- We choose the safest method for each surface: low-pressure soft washing with cleaning solutions for roofs, siding, screens and other delicate surfaces, and higher pressure for concrete and other durable surfaces. We rinse nearby plants and landscaping before and after using cleaning solutions.
- Cleaning can reveal problems that were already there, like faded or peeling paint, oxidation, cracked concrete, loose mortar, worn screens or failing caulk and sealant. We're not responsible for these pre-existing conditions or for materials that were already damaged or improperly installed.
- Some stains, such as deep rust, oil, irrigation and fertilizer stains or old paint, may lighten but not come out completely. We'll tell you up front if we don't expect a stain to fully clear.
- Surfaces can be slippery while wet. Please keep people and pets clear of the work area until it's dry.
7. Handyman work
- Our handyman services cover general repairs, installs, assembly and odd jobs. Florida law (Chapter 489, Florida Statutes) requires licensed contractors for certain work, including structural work and most electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roofing work. We don't take on work that requires a license we don't hold, and we're happy to refer you to someone who does.
- Materials are billed as shown in your quote, or at cost with your approval. If you supply your own materials, we can't guarantee their quality or performance.
- If we find hidden damage or a problem that's beyond the scope of the job, we'll stop, explain your options and only continue with your approval.
8. Payment
- Payment is due when the work is completed unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. For larger handyman jobs, a deposit may be required before work is scheduled or materials are purchased. Any deposit will be stated in your written estimate.
- Recurring lawn service is billed per visit or monthly, as agreed when you sign up.
- We'll tell you which payment methods we accept when we give you your quote. We never ask for card or bank details through this website.
- If a payment is significantly overdue, we may pause service until the account is brought current.
9. Satisfaction and corrections
We take pride in every job. If something isn't right, please let us know within 72 hours of the service and send photos if you can. If the problem is with our workmanship, we'll come back and correct it at no charge. This doesn't cover changes caused by weather, regrowth, other people's work or conditions outside our control.
10. Damage and liability
- Front Line Services is licensed and insured. If you believe we damaged your property, tell us within 72 hours with photos so we can inspect it and, where we're responsible, make it right or work with our insurance.
- We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, damage from weather or other acts of nature, or damage to items that were hidden or not pointed out to us.
- To the extent Florida law allows, our liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Recurring service
Recurring lawn care continues on the agreed schedule until either of us ends it. To cancel or change recurring service, please give us at least 7 days' notice before your next scheduled visit by calling, texting or emailing us. There's no cancellation fee. We'll also give you at least 7 days' notice if we need to change or end recurring service, and we'll confirm any price change before it applies.
12. Photos of our work
We may take before-and-after photos for our job records and quality control. We won't post photos that show your house number, street, vehicles' license plates, people or other identifying details online without your permission.
13. Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If a disagreement comes up, we'll first try to resolve it directly and in good faith. If we can't, any legal action will be handled in the courts of Marion County, Florida. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies to work scheduled after that date. Questions about these terms or a quote? Call 352-816-8452 or email flservices29@gmail.com.
